At St Kitts Flag, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy as outlined below.
1. Timeframe for Returns
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 60 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging.
- For clothing or accessories, all tags must still be attached.
- Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Store Responsibility: If the item is defective or we have made an error with your order, we will refund the return shipping cost. Please ensure you provide us with a receipt of the shipping cost and return the package to us.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at shopskn@stkittsflag.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective.
Please note that we do not issue tracking numbers for returns.
5. Processing Returns
- Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Processing returns may take up to 30 days.
- Refunds or Exchanges: If approved, you will have the option of receiving a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same item.
