How it works
Opening a store on the marketplace is free. There are no setup fees and no monthly fees. The marketplace charges a 15% commission only when you make a completed sale. If you do not sell, you do not pay a commission.
What you can sell
Products aligned with the St Kitts & Nevis marketplace theme: flags, prints and wall art, gifts and souvenirs, apparel and accessories, and cultural or heritage-inspired items.
What you cannot sell
Counterfeit, unsafe, illegal or misleading products are not allowed, and you must not list trademarks, logos or artwork you are not authorised to sell. Please read our Vendor Listing Standards for the full details.
Your responsibilities as a vendor
Vendors are responsible for accurate product listings, clear images, stock accuracy, fulfilment, delivery promises, customer service for their products, and compliance with marketplace standards.
Shipping and fulfilment
You set your own shipping rates for the destinations you serve and dispatch your own orders promptly, so customers are charged fairly at checkout and know what to expect.
Seller products use a simple shipping-band system — Band A (small and lightweight), Band B (standard parcel), Band C (bulky or fragile) and Band D (oversized or special quote). We review your shipping setup and banding before your products go live. Oversized Band D products are sold quote-first: listed without a normal price, with shipping quoted individually by email and payment taken through a secure payment link. Payouts
You manage your own payout and withdrawal details from your seller dashboard. Your earnings, after the 15% commission, become available to withdraw once an order is complete.
Approval
This is a curated marketplace. You can register an account, and our team reviews each application before selling is enabled. By selling on the marketplace you agree to our Vendor Terms and Vendor Listing Standards.
