Vendor Terms

These are the plain-English terms for selling on the St. Kitts Nevis Flag marketplace. They are written to be clear and fair.

Opening a store

Opening a store on the marketplace is free. There is no upfront fee to list your products.

Commission

The marketplace charges a 15% commission only when you make a completed sale. If you do not sell, you do not pay a commission.

Your responsibilities as a seller

You are responsible for your own products, prices, descriptions, images, stock levels and shipping settings. Your listings must meet our Vendor Listing Standards.

Fulfilment

You must fulfil orders promptly and communicate clearly with customers, including letting them know about any delays as soon as possible.

Shipping

You are responsible for setting accurate and realistic shipping rates for the destinations you serve, so customers are charged fairly at checkout.

Seller products use a shipping-band system (Bands A–D) based on size and fragility, described in our Vendor Listing Standards. Band D (oversized or special-quote) products are sold quote-first: they are listed without a normal price, customers request a shipping quote by email, and payment is taken through a secure payment link once the quote is agreed.

Customer issues

You are responsible for resolving customer issues caused by your product or your fulfilment. The marketplace can help coordinate, but the seller remains responsible for their own orders.

Customer information

When you sell on the marketplace you will see customer details for your own orders, such as names, addresses and contact information. You may use these details only to fulfil the order, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

You must not use customer details for your own marketing or promotions, add customers to mailing, WhatsApp or broadcast lists, contact customers about anything unrelated to their order, or copy or export customer lists for use outside the marketplace. You must keep customer details secure, and stop using or delete them once they are no longer needed for fulfilment, support or legal record-keeping. Misuse of customer information is a serious breach of these terms and can lead to listings or stores being paused, suspended or removed.

Payouts

You manage your own payout and withdrawal details through your seller dashboard.

Standards and enforcement

St. Kitts Nevis Flag may review, pause, suspend or remove listings or stores that create risk, break these terms, or lead to a poor customer experience.

Prohibited products

You must not list illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or misleading products, or anything that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.

Relationship between us

Selling on the marketplace does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and St. Kitts Nevis Flag. You sell as an independent seller.
