St. Kitts Nevis Flag is a marketplace that brings together our own first-party products and items from independent local sellers. Because an order can include both, here is how shipping and delivery work.
How your order is fulfilled
Our first-party products — such as the Rooted in St. Kitts & Nevis and Two Islands One Paradise designs — are made to order and printed and shipped by our trusted print partner. Each item is produced especially for you once you place your order.
Independent seller products are fulfilled and shipped directly by the individual vendor who lists them. Each seller is responsible for dispatching their own items.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the items in your basket and your delivery address. The exact cost and the estimated delivery window are shown before you pay.
Production time for made-to-order items
Because first-party products are made to order, a short production time applies in addition to the delivery time. This is normal for made-to-order printing and helps reduce waste by only making what is actually ordered.
Orders with more than one item
If your order contains both first-party products and independent seller products — or items from more than one seller — it may arrive in separate packages, with different delivery times. Shipping is still calculated fairly at checkout for each part of your order.
Oversized items — individual shipping quotes
A small number of oversized or special items are sold on a quote-first basis. These products do not show a normal price or add-to-cart button. Shipping is quoted individually before purchase — email shopskn@stkittsnevisflag.com with your delivery address for a quote. Once agreed, we will send you a secure payment link for the full order, and you can pay by PayPal or card as usual.
Payment note: St. Kitts Nevis Flag is operated by Book Nevis Ltd. Your PayPal or card statement may show Book Nevis Ltd or sales@booknevis.com as the payment recipient.
